a decisive demonstration of democratic responsibility and institutional
reform, the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC), Kaduna State Chapter,
has announced major resolutions reached during its first Executive
Committee meeting under the newly elected leadership.
In a press
statement sign by the state Secretary, Alhaji Musa Muhammad, the
meeting, marked by extensive deliberations and consensus building,
resulted in strategic leadership realignments and the establishment of
key directorates and committees aimed at strengthening inter-party
cooperation, inclusivity, and democratic stability.
Strategic Leadership Realignment
In a move reflecting unity and shared commitment to service:
Hajiya
Aisha Umar Farouk and Solomon John Yayock have officially swapped
positions. Hajiya Aisha Umar Farouk of both party now serves as Deputy
Chairman. Apts. Solomon John Yayock assumes the office of State
Organizing Secretary.
This reshuffle underscores IPAC Kaduna’s
dedication to institutional balance, collaborative leadership, and
strengthened operational effectiveness.
Establishment of Inclusive Directorates
To broaden representation and reinforce participatory governance, the Executive constituted the following Directorates:
(A) Directorate of Women Affairs: Hon. Mrs. Naomi Magaji, APGA
(B);Directorate of Youth Affairs: Hon. Abubakar Ango, NRM
(C) Directorate of Persons with Disabilities: Hon. Mrs. Alice Dauda, ADP
Strengthened Committee Framework
To enhance strategic planning, internal discipline, and peaceful dispute resolution among member parties.
the following committee chairpersons were approved:
(1) Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee: Alh. Kawu Yakasia, APC
(2) Strategy Committee: Comr. Abdullazeez Adeyemi, ZLP
(3) Disciplinary Committee: Elder Patrick Ambut, ADC
Furthermore, Hon. Auwal Aliyu Tafoki of LP to serve as the Director-General (DG) of IPAC Kaduna State.

The
Executive reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening democratic values,
promoting dialogue across party lines, and serving as a stabilizing
