His Excellency Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Masari, Special Adviser to the President on Political and Other Matters, has received the leadership and members of the Amana Farmers and Grains Suppliers Association of Nigeria at his office in Abuja.

In a statement signed by Ishaq Samaila from Media Office of the Special Adviser to the President on Political and Other Matters, said
the meeting was part of ongoing stakeholder consultations ahead of the 2027 general elections, with the association expressing its commitment to mobilising its members and networks in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

During the engagement, the association formally appointed His Excellency Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Masari as its Grand Patron, in recognition of his leadership and engagement with grassroots stakeholders.

The statement added that, "The delegation was led by the association’s National President, Alhaji Haruna Ahmed Pambeguwa. The meeting was also attended by the Honourable Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Dr. Muttaka Rabe Darma; Jabiru Abdullahi Tsauri, Coordinator, NEPAD; Professor Mohammad Kabir Isa, Chief of Staff to Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Masari; and Honourable Yahaya Bello, Special Adviser to Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Masari, alongside other members and stakeholders."

Speaking on behalf of the association, Alhaji Haruna Ahmed Pambeguwa appreciated Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Masari for receiving the delegation and providing an opportunity for direct engagement.

In his response, Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Masari thanked the association for the honour and welcomed its leadership and members. He emphasised the importance of unity, grassroots engagement and sustained consultations as preparations for the 2027 general elections continue.
